Christel is the founder and CEO of BACKSTROM iMPACT AB. As a consultant for the company, Christel works on strategic development matters related to organisational development. She provides training based on the Swedish Defence University’s concepts and supports management teams, CEOs, as well as work groups and employees. Throughout her career, Christel has worked in communication, leadership, and development across both the private and public sectors.

Commercial Operations Coordinator

Stockholm

Bianca is the Commercial Operations Coordinator at BACKSTROM iMPACT AB, where she combines her analytical skills with a strong interest in brand development and business strategy. Her responsibilities include assisting the CEO with various administrative tasks, working with SEO, and developing sales and marketing materials for both internal initiatives and client projects. In addition, she creates educational materials and contributes to the planning and coordination of workshops. Bianca holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School with a minor in Brand Strategy & Analytics.
